5. Gentle words

    You’re such a piece of shit…

    It’s a bad day. Actually, scratch that: it’s be a fucking horrendous day for Ryuji. Today, his depression, or whatever you want to fucking label it as, was the worst it’s been since he fell into Wonderland. Every negative thought that he’s ignored during his time here just hit him at double the force, and double the volume. Captain Kidd tried to help him…but even his words couldn’t help…it was scary, and Ryuji didn’t know what to do.

     Thankfully he wasn’t alone: him and Mikazuki were doing some training, and then they decided that some food was in order…that’s when the thoughts his Ryuji.

    Apparently Mikazuki noticed his change of mood…god when did Ryuji become easy to read…

    He heard Mikazuki say, “Remember to take everything one day at a time...“

    Hearing those words...it forced Ryuji to think about just today....and it helped...

    Looking up at the other, a couple tears falling down his face, “…h…how did you d-do that…”

     Belinia was a change of pace from Cestrelle. While the girl was used to the quiet and quaint life living in what could be considered the countryside, she had already grown accustomed to living in the bustling excitement that was the larger city.

     Still, she knew she had to come here once. Especially after hearing her coworkers gush about the food and coffee that could be found at Dormie’s Coffee Joint. She wasn’t the biggest fan of coffee, but everyone had urged her to go and try it.

     So here the blonde was in Belinia, fresh off the train (Bumblebee needed some work done on it), and hopelessly lost in the town. It was bigger than she had anticipated and it felt like she was walking in circles. Maybe she was, but she couldn’t tell.

     And it was frustrating.

     She was staring at a road sign that she swore was playing tricks on her mind. The longer she stared at it, the more confident she was that the names were switching on her and the entire road sign was becoming topsy turvy.

    Ryuji rolled his eyes and glared at the three assholes that decided that Ryuji was a perfect target for some classic bullying.

    Looking at Mikazuki, “It’s fine dude, this asshats aren’t even doin’ that much,” and then he looked back at the assholes, “and they’re not worth it; trash can’t get cleaned.”
