I might be able to finish this book tonight bc I’m not doing the second epilogues. From what I’ve read, some of it has been affected by the fandom (Fran and Michael having kids after the infertility is one big example I’ve heard of.)

I could sob imagining tv Eloise having to raise her husband like this after all Theo said and did and all that she believed about feminism.

Am I particularly excited for philoise’s season? Eh, depends what day you ask me. But it is crazy and LAUGHABLE that you all hate the idea of it based on the book, as if they haven’t changed anything and everything in the books that they feel like. It might be a shit season, it might be a great season, but we cannot know that rn and the book is not a guide or indication of what the season will be. They’ve already changed Marina’s character drastically from the book, who knows what else they’re planning.

it’s so funny how some of y’all were bitching in the philoise (and related) tags recently and now julia quinn has all but confirmed they’re coming to the screen in a future season. cry harder ig!
