Clearly "Lover" is significant. She capitalized it in a sentence where capitalization for that word is not necessary... in the English language anyway. I back this up by her taking the time to even punctuate what she's writing. If she didn't care about grammar and English writing rules she wouldn't have even punctuated. So she means to capitalize "Lover" as if it's a title of something.
