FOR RENT has sent me into an obsessive redesign mode. Instead of playing my game and working on my stories I have created a new save just for new interiors for my Sims.

I totally gutted the interior floor plans, leaving the beautiful exteriors, and started from scratch. The first three pictures are the main floor of an older gay couple's well lived-in home, that have collected a plethora of art over the years. It is beautifully displayed in their home. The next two are of their photos are of their Primary Bedroom.
The last two pictures are from the main floor of a young single gay male, that is a civil engineer for San Myshuno and loves a less cluttered environment when he comes home after work.
I am currently working on the third and last of the townhomes, which will have a much more modern interior. It is the home of a young teenage Don Lothario and his parents Nicolo and Adriana who are the owners of these townhomes. Once I am finished, I will share those as well.
I am certainly not a great interior SIMS designer like RHEYA28 or many of the others out here, but I am really proud of these townhomes and the work I have put into them.
