Realistic School Mod | Beta

This mod is huge, it's the biggest mod i've ever made. You can download a HTML to see all of it's features as there's so many it'd be hard to categorize here, but here's a summary:

Realistic School completely expands the school experience for children and teens while keeping the normal rabbit-hole school system.

Instead of one basic performance bar, every student now has individual grades for seven subjects, real percentages, a 4.0 GPA, honor roll, academic probation, attendance records, homework streaks, and full report cards.

Grades are affected by how your Sim actually lives. Attendance, homework, studying, mood, energy, hunger, skills, teacher relationships, and their social life at school can all influence how well they perform.

Students also have real classmates pulled from your save, including friends, rivals, crushes, cliques, and potential bullies. These relationships can affect your Sim’s self-esteem, school stress, friendships, and even their grades.

Parents can help by talking about school, helping with homework, attending parent-teacher meetings, or reporting a specific bully. Students who continue struggling may receive progress reports, enter academic probation, or even repeat the school year.

No Throwing Up - Animation Replacement

A Simmer on Reddit was in search of a mod that stops the vomiting animation. I couldn’t find one either, so I made it. I hope this helps Simmers with phobias and other concerns play the game without worry. ❤️

Wanted to give it an official home here as well in case it ever needs updates.

Details

I replaced all the puking animations with a big sigh (of relief!).

I did not change any of the buffs, only the animations. Sims may still run to a toilet. I cheat-tested a couple buffs and all of them ended in the corrected animation. The toilet will still become dirty, though.

I think I found all the animations across all the packs. Let me know if you find one I missed.

Cats and dogs now meow and bark instead of throwing up.

Finally, I also adjusted some strings (English only) to remove the words "throw up", "vomit"/"vomiting", and "puke".
