I’ve only seen a couple of episodes, but it really was a huge inspiration for the Broadbent household. This and Upstairs Downstairs, which my sister watched subsequently. Also that typo/mispronunciation happens to me too all the time!

At the request of ts3kate, I've uploaded one of my Whimsett Cove lots, The Chowder House. It's a bit different from the pics I shared here and elsewhere - I have de-CC'ed it a bit so that there isn't so much extra to download (though there is still quite a bit). I'm happy to answer WCIFs, though, if you see something in the original pics that you'd like to have!

The Chowder House is a New England-ish pub and seafood restaurant, popular with the locals as well as tourists. In Whimsett, I set it up with a food register as well as a bar so that I could use Ani's Shop from Inventory mod to serve Clam Chowder (a food that came with the Seasons festival stands). I left the food register in this version, but if you're not using Ani's mod and you want to serve clam chowder, you could try Around the Sims' festival register (though I think the seasons stands will only serve chowder in winter). Sims can also order pub food like fish and chips from the bar, so if you don't want an additional register, you can delete it altogether.

Let me know if the lot is missing any patterns anywhere - I tried to replace most of the CC patterns with base game stuff, but I might have missed something here or there!

OK, since my game is being a total butt lately, I'm going to focus on finishing/redoing some lots that were requested for download. Here's what I have in the works:

I will probably massively declutter those Whimsett lots before I share them, for a couple of reasons. One is that I need to get rid of some CC myself, so they need to be decluttered anyway. Secondly, I just hate to share things that require a ton of CC (and some of those have upwards of 100 pieces of CC in them...oy). I will probably keep some of the essential pieces of CC, like windows and whatnot, but the interiors will be mostly redone. I am happy to answer WCIFs after if you want something in particular from my fully cluttered versions!

Anyway, that should keep me busy until...Christmas. LOL. If I've missed anyone or forgotten a request, please let me know!

Can you just come live at my house and build me pretty things? It's gorgeous! Or, better yet, just come let me live in your game. Anywhere.
