Hey guys! It's been a long time since my last post.
Today I'm sharing a building that was renovated some time ago and I've never shared until now. It's a renovation of Library of Lore & Vault of Antiquity, a community lot from Moonlight Falls.
I always thought that the old library was too tiny and could be βgranderβ since it's in front of the City Hall. So, I added a new floor and a roof that resembles a little bit with the City Hall. The new building looks older and "classier" than the previous one. Though, I reutilized a lot of furniture that already existed and the bathrooms look more modern to give the impression that the building was remodeled.
With more space, now the library has a new coffee and a children's room. In the same first level the bathrooms were remodeled, and it accommodates a staircase corridor.
The book collection has a greater space at the second floor, which has tables, sofas, chess tables and even a room for computers.
There's also additional space in the attic.
At the basement I decided to change some of the study rooms, adding some of the University's skills equipment, like the broadcasting station, the business suitcase, and the med skeleton.

This is the house on second lot I've claimed in Petite Alsace collab on forum. It was supposed to be Pear Powidl, but my mind was like "no, if the second word ends with L, then the first must too". πΉ I know powidl is more like German or Czech kind of thing, but it fit the house aesthetics, plus this word is in Polish language too, so it seemed more familiar than inventing some French name I wouldn't even understand.
The house costs around 60k, has two bedrooms, one master and one for kids. There's easy way to add spiral stairs and build more rooms in basement. It's on the exchange as simpack and on google drive as package. More pictures behind the cut.

The main entrance is on the second floor, but sims can enter on parter through kitchen.
Then there's small hallway with small pet bed, pet box with toys, old radio and gradpa clock. The bathrooms in this house has some wild coloring and patterns.

on the second floor near entrance there's big wardrobe, mirror and laundry box, and doors to master and kids bedroom.
I didn't even know how to take pictures in those narrow rooms. It seems pretty functional though.

It's a rebuild of @vimpse's student house for their university world in sims 2. I like their building/aesthetic style and I like rebuilding from other sims games.
I got a burnout around the time I moved on to the basement and it's left unfurnished.
Decorating is not my forte and I usually end up getting overwhelmed by the task - hence the minimalist rooms I tend to have.
I always tell myself, during a build, "This time I will decorate the kitchen! π" and then I end up not doing it. π

I started building up Vintage Champs les Sims. I haven't named my town yet, but I'm proud of this little train station shell. No clue what kind of lot this is gonna be yet... maybe a cafe?
this is just my way to say thank you to all of you who are following me, liking my posts and sending me so nice messages! I already showed this house earlier (exactly here, here and here), but it was one of my wips that I hadn't have the energy to finish till now.
I built this as a home for my Grim Reaper, his beloved Bonehilda and their dog. You will find some of the stuff they collected in egypt when they were on vacation that i tried to fit in the style of the house (the household itself is not part of this upload). It comes as a package file, so just put it in your library. Should fit on any 40x40 or bigger lot. I did not use any third party CC, but there are some store objects in it, decrapified and non-decrapified as well. Should be mostly clutter, so you won't miss anything important if something doesn't show up correctly. But feel free to text me if you miss something special, I can look it up for you. I used plenty supernatural stuff in here, so I would recommend you have at least this pack installed. No t.o.u. but don't reupload on paysites or claim as your own. Would love to see it in your game, so if you use it I'd be happy if you tag me. Floor plan and more pics are below the cut. Have fun! π
Hey Phoebejaysims! Your residential lots in Tillage 2.0 are absolutely stunning! I was wondering if you have any plans to share them for download, or if you'd consider doing so? I'm seriously in awe of your creations and would love to have them in my urban gameplay! π‘π
Heya joshttew! Thank you so much. Honestly, I wasn't planning to share them; it didn't cross my mind that others would want them so I didn't restrict myself when it came to adding CC and the like.
However, I'm happy to share some of them. I've used so much custom content on these lots, too much for me to track down. So you'll likely have to re-decorate. But here is some of the basic CC that will at least give you a nice shell to work with.
