as usual, everything should have appropriate morphs & shoe sounds and all files are also compressed. the clone default has been pinned to the University EP since it makes the most sense.

When @lucilla-sims converted this iconic dress that came with the new event in TS4, I needed to make default replacement for afBodyShortDressShoes. However I wasn't a fan of the original shoes, so I made quick shoeswap and used @angelapleasant Money Power Glory pumps (I'll make replacement with the original mesh in the future, if anyone shows interest in it)

This is one I did a while back - I took @platinumaspiration’s TF conversion of the Cottage Living jumpsuit, put five of @mikexx2′s patterned recolors on the TF mesh, and made this default. I kept to the original colors, more or less - Sandra’s wearing the one that replaces hers, I replaced the leopard print with the leopard print Ginger’s wearing, etc.

I’ve been learning how to make defaults over the past couple of weeks, and after several tries and getting help from the awesome @rudhira​, I was able to successfully replace several outfits! Now that everything is done and working properly, I’m sharing them here.

First up, the separates.

afbottomcargopants and tfbottomcargopants replaced with Ironic by YanderePlum. While another default of them has been made with the same jeans, I didn’t like the colors that were used, so I made my own.

Adults have five colors and teenagers have six. May or may not be compatible with Rudhira’s conversion of the missing AF recolor.

aftopsleevelessshirt replaced with Bunhead’s Marion top. I didn’t really have much of a problem with the original top, but I never used it.

I’ve also included a file with the corresponding recolors of Trapping’s EF conversion and decustomized, townified, and pinned them to OFB, since I wanted the top to be available for elders as well.

Next up is a couple of H&M outfits I didn’t like.

afbodynantesdrshightops and tfbodynantesdrshightops, aka the “sack dress”, replaced with this 3t2 dress conversion by tombstoneoflifeanddeath. The shoe swap was done by magical-girl-sandbox since I didn’t like the original shoes.

Adults have two recolors of the Jane overalls and teenagers have three. The third adult recolor was part of the H&M preorder bonus and I don’t know how to replace it, so it will stay as it is.

I have the H&M Less Jewelry defaults and those work fine with these, so if you have those as well, you should be good.

And finally, afbodydressformallong (the basegame wedding dress) replaced with one of Deedee’s Lacy Wedding dresses. I enabled the dress for elders as well because I didn’t see any wedding dresses for them.
