You were trying to communicate but you were having such a hard time breathing and calming down that you weren't able to form a complete sentence...

You requested between sobs.
Freddy followed your instructions and held you tighter, being careful not to hurt you. You were still restless, less than before, the crying began to stop gradually, but your breathing was still agitated, you didn't stop shaking and you had chills. It was obvious to the bear, so he started stroking your head, planting little kisses on your forehead.
"Shhh..."
Freddy muttered
"You don't have to fear now, Star, I'm here for you..."
The moment the metal one said that, you felt a warmth in your heart that you hadn't felt with any other person, you felt supported, protected, loved. Even though you were still having trouble breathing...
“Breathe with me…okay?”
You nodded, the bear broke the hug to take your hands, you both closed your eyes and began to take breaths of air and then exhale; After several minutes like this, you had managed to stabilize your breathing with the help of your companion.
"Well done Superstar, I knew you could do it!"
He congratulated you with a smile that painted your cheeks red, embarrassed by the compliments you were hearing, so you looked away.
"Hey, Darling..."
Freddy took you by the chin and you looked at him.
"You don't have to hide while I'm here, you're safe with me, I won't let anything bad happen to you, I promise, I'll always be with you"
His sweet words soothed you and his voice didn't stop flooding your senses.
Freddy was looking at you, he was lost in your eyes and you... You were so focused on him that your face moved by itself to cut the distance between the two of you, your lips met his, his arms wrapped around your waist and yours remained resting on his chest. You knew you were safe with him.
