But the story 👏🏽 there is deff a goofy whimsy to western shows that im used to. So the style of dropping us in the middle of the story without too much context took some getting used to. It wasnt bad, juss a different way of doing things that I appreciated.

They keep the action pretty present so I love following the officer while he going rogue and trynna help these people. Lawdt. I expect none of the things! Western tv has some comfort in the predictability of it all, but now with this show. I be like oh he gonna be okay. And then , boom, the exact opposite like oh lordt 😭

They also do not pull the punches with the backstory. Like my fn heart couldnt take it for Moon Baek. Like ...I understand why that mf crazy. I would be too after trafficked and mangled. But the different colored eyes working on me, idk 🥴
