Ok yeah my legs are simultaneously on fire and itching fiercely and rayon is the only fabric remotely comfortable on my skin. I have to rub my legs down with ice on occasion. I can’t describe how immensely satisfying, painful, and near-addictive scratching feels. The constant sensation on the skin of my legs is nearly overwhelming. If you’ve had chicken pox, it feels like that, as far as I can remember (had it at 4, so the details are a bit fuzzy).
Anyway, don’t use topical corticosteroids for more than a few days at a time max and only on occasion, folks. No matter what a dermatologist tells you, these meds can cause serious issues. The single dermatologist clinic near me tosses these creams at everyone indefinitely and runs fake “intolerance” tests in order to continuously fill their pockets with pharma kickbacks, followups, and boutique appointments.
I beg you to read your leaflets on medications and look up every single one, even if it’s something “harmless” like a cream.
