I have heard of the "Lovekinship" brand but have never tried any of their products. I can honestly say that I've been missing out! My skin is mature ,oily and break out prone(hormonal acne)so I love a good exfoliator. This resurfacing serum by Kinship is very gentle , it has the consistency of a serum but the texture feels like a light oil.....Only it's not an oil. As for the scent , It smells like kombucha with a faint hint of strawberry. I really like the ingredients in this serum too. Besides the main ingredient glycolic acid , it has numerous plant extracts like strawberry , raspberry , Apple , pineapple , ect. It also has other ingredients like lacto bacillus ferment , allantoin , tocopheral , panthenol and sodium hyaluronate. Applied at night , it works it's magic while you sleep. It gently breaks down the glue that holds onto dead skin cells and other impurities. Vitamin C from the fruit extracts help to brighten , even skin tone and fade dark spots. While oat extract helps sooth , hydrate , strengthen and protect your skins delicate barrier. After your morning cleanse you'll notice smoother , brighter , hydrated skin that feels baby butt soft. It's gentle enough to use every night , but they recommend using 2 or 3 times a week for a couple of weeks and then gradually add more days. It's a fantastic exfoliating serum and it's great for most skin types.
