Study I did of this photo I took during my trip into the deep forest. I dunno why but the forest felt like it had a purple aura to me- so I decided to go a bit wild with a purple underwash here.^^ Painted in Photoshop.

On a street in Inverness, Scotland, the winter flowering Prunus × subhirtella 'Autumnalis Rosea' (winter-flowering cherry, rosebud cherry) was putting on a show that will continue through to spring during spells of warmer weather. This cultivar is normally grafted.
