Today for art therapy, let's draw a tree! I used a random tree thing in my front yard as a reference, as well as adding some bamboo next to it that I also took reference from my front yard for.

The goal of art therapy is to not only relax your mind, but also get you better at improvisation and living with little mistakes. For a challenge today, try creating your peice without being able to erase. If you use traditional, don't use a pencil or erasable pen. If you are on digital, try to not use control z or the undo button.
