Doctor Victor Potts
Honestly, how dope would a gender-bent chemist Pepper Potts au be.
His name is Doctor Victor Potts instead of Virginia
His friends call him Vick
He is a proud homosexual, although he doesn’t flaunt it about, because of some homophobic experiences in the past.
He has learned to stand up for himself
His parents made him take jujitsu when he first came out
He’s a master at this point and continues to work out and help teach the LGBT youth when he has time off
He could be transgender too
He’s super smart when it comes to chemistry, biology and everything science and quickly rises into a head chemist position
That’s how he meets Tony
Tony and Vick often talk during coffee and lunch breaks
Tony quickly grows fond of him, but he doesn’t realize he’s attracted to him

Timeline is a little different than in the MCU
Peter Parker is also trans and takes lessons from Vick on the weekends
Peter and Vick often talk science
Peter talks about the things he learns in school and Vick tells him about the things he does working at Stark Industries
Peter skipped fourth and sixth grade by taking classes online and getting extra credits
Vick is good friends with the Parkers, because Peter’s been taking Vick’s class for a few years
They have there own sense of humor and inside jokes, Peter introduces him to memes

Peter will occasionally call him various nicknames, like:

Vick writes a recommendation letter for Peter when he applied to a part-time job at SI
Tony sees the recommendation letter and hires him as a personal assistant without a second thought
Vick was also born and raised in a very country area, but his thick country accent only comes out when he is either upset or lets it out
Peter loves it
Tony doesn’t understand how they know each other, over time he becomes too afraid to ask
Peter’s first few days on the job, Tony tried to ease him into working the job, because he way younger than Tony expected
Next few days, Tony gets to know him by asking questions about his school and family
Its during the second week that Tony decided to just ask how they convinced Vick to write a recommendation letter
Peter doesn’t miss a beat and says, “Uncle Vicky is the head-honcho of fight club”
Tony decides to drop it
Peter tends to stay with Vick in his lab and do homework after he gets off work
He carpools with Vicky to take some stress off Aunt May
