I started in November of 2025. In March this year I developed an ulcer on the sole of my right foot. It was infected and I had to go on two antibiotics for four weeks.

But I’m back up I’m going to take it slowly. A little bit more each week until I’m back up to a half hour a session.

I’m hoping that I might be in good enough shape.

Today begins the restoration of my journey to Mt Doom. My foot has finally healed enough that I could test out how it felt on the treadmill.

No pain and my new shoes feel really good.
