that one scene where Megatron has to consider his own soldiers as necessary sacrifices to be recycled.. you can see he really doesn't wanna do that. but he believes he has no other choice in the matter. he is conflicted, this Megatron is interesting to me because usually, most Megatron(s) just... do whatever they want with their troops without any hesitation whatsoever. but here, its like he still does care, he isn't that far gone yet. the revolutionary who once fought for his people still lingers so we're seeing a Megatron in between that transition stage from a mech with a conviction to improve his society to the cold harsh dictator warlord. he may not have any sympathy for the Autobots at all but he still has sympathy for his own. Megatron questions himself. he's still soft underneath, the way he says to Shockwave that he's envious of how Shockwave can feel nothing...

its sososososo good... but then i feel like they squandered exploring that radical change, they missed a big mark with that one. amongst other things.

another thing is how in this world, Optimus, Magnus (? i think it was Magnus. not so sure) and Megatron were all under Alpha Trion? we'll probably never get to see another version of Megatron have his tutelage under Trion ever again cause the show flopped.

i also see a few people not like the WFC designs but i kinda thought they were cool? the way they did Chromia uggghghghhgh and don't get me started on Elita, i would fight Prime myself for a chance with WFC Elita. she's the perfect balance to Optimus, the way she reassures him is just sooooooooooooo- she's capable by herself and accomplishes quite a bit. she's stern without coming off as too aggressive, firm on what she believes in and knows when to be a little soft but that softness seemed to be for Optimus alone (lucky bastard).

i just hate how they wasted her potential like there was so much more they could've shown us with her but noooo... (the last scene when Optimus returned to cybertron had me crushed.)
