“M-my lord! Mercy!”

Starscream cried, grasping at the bigger mech’s servo around his neck guard. “I beg you!”

He gasps, the feral leader grumbled low as his denta bared with an animalistic growl, optics dark and piercing.

Bumblebee watched from where he was dropped from the seeker, he tried to move but his frame didn’t respond… he couldn’t move, he didn’t want to move.

his frame shook and his optics unfocused on the scene in front of him.

He thought about every possible outcome, every decision and every action that he made that would probably turn him into scrap metal once he switches-.

“AAAAAARRRRRGGHHH!!!”

Megatron heard, making the mech jump at the sound but controlled enough for it to pass as unnoticeable.

With an arched optic ridge he undoubtedly told swindle he’ll call him back in a bit. Trudging through the halls with a controlled pace, he’s gotten a lot of questions from his other subordinates.

Telling them he’ll handle it as he walks past Lugnut came running. “My lord! Thank primus I found you in time.” He says, undoubtedly thankful as megatron shoos his soldiers away. “Is there an issue Lugnut?” He asks

His most loyal soldier nodded, a worrying look on the wrecker as he turned from the hallway he walked down from.

“Very much, I came as soon as I could when he requested for you, he seemed very distraught at something, looks like he’s about to combust and, and-.”

Megatron placed his servos on Lugnut’s palderons before shaking him out of his spiral. “Feel better now?” He asks, Lugnut nodded. “Good. Now vent and tell me what’s wrong?” Lugnut took a deep breath and sighed.

“It’s your heir megatron.” He finally got out. “He needs you.”

That did not take long for megatron to immediately head to his private quarters in not time at all.

He canceled every meeting he had that evening, told his subordinates he won’t be there for quite a while and grabbed every strawberry alloy sweetener energon he had on the ship.

He had a feeling his son isn’t in the best state according to how loud that yell was, how lugnut immediately went to find him and looked worried for a bot that can’t show much emotion in those five optics.

Once he opened his quarter doors… he saw a whole lot of electrical burns and damage around his room, even the floor was damaged too.

‘I just waxed that.’ He thinks, but that train of thought is immediately forgotten once he sees his uncontrollably sobbing heir underneath the covers he generously gave (despite stealing it once again)

His baby needs him more than ever, whatever happened to him.

“Babybee?” He asks carefully. Bumblebee, revealed himself from under the covers, tears stained his faceplate as his lower derma quivered. “Mama?”

Megatron’s expression turned to worry, his son’s voice box is glitchy and raspy from strain. “Hey babybee, I’m here.” He says quietly, placing the flavoured sweetener energon down and bringing his son’s into his arms.

Hushing and rubbing his back, continuing to sob and bury his faceplate into his chest. “It’s ok, shhh. I’m here, mama’s here, mama’s here.”

Megatron repeats, wiping the tears away whenever bee lifts his helm before burning against the chassis again, by the time he finally calmed down he’s sitting in his lap with a very pitiful look on his faceplate.

“May you tell me what troubles you, my son?”

“…no. Just some- *sniff* just a very bad cycle.” He admits, wiping the remaining tears that fell down his faceplate. “Non-stop reports, humans trying to take over Seattle, starscream showed up, repairs are a pain-.”

Megatron nods, listening to every bad thing that has happened today, some of these he’s already been doing almost daily… so what made him this upset.

“-- but that’s not the worst that has happened….”

‘Not the worst? Primus how badly did this final straw affected bee?’ He wonders rubbing circles on bee’s back, careful to not accidentally activate the speed booster.

“The worst that happened was… *sniff* I didn’t get any sleep at all!” He shouted, bursting into tears again.

‘Ah, it was a minor inconvenience turned major once settled in.’ He thinks, remembering the last time it had happened when he skipped nap time. “There there, it’s ok babybee. Tell you what--.”

He stopped briefly, grabbing the treats he had put down on the birth and showed it to his son. “--how about we eat some strawberry allow flavoured energon candies that I had made a couple of cycles ago, and we’ll go for a nap, hm?” He asks, wiping the coolant tears away once more.

Bumblebee nodded and smiled, despite the exhaustion he’s still feeling. “I’d like that… but maybe just some normal savoury energon today?”

Bee requested, surprising the warlord so suddenly. “… I missed how you make your homemade energon cubes.” He admits, leaning against his sire as the former leader smiles down at his son’s simple request.

“Very well, it has been some time since I’ve made some.”

He muses, noticing that bumblebee didn’t respond, he looked down and saw him fast asleep. Literally, he was awake before but fell quickly asleep.

Megatron shook his helm with an amused smile and lied him down on his berth, covering his frame with the blanket Isaac sumdac gave him.

It was never made for him, it was for bee. He just request it.

“Recharge well baby.” He whispers, giving him a peck on his forehelm. Megatron then went off, threaded his fingers from both his servos and made the metal creak.

He’s got a lot of work to do before his son awakes and returns to his friends.

Besides, he missed making bee his favourite fuel.

He isn’t about to waste that opportunity.

A request story for @purpalwolf1214 it was such a very good concept idea and I had to write it! I was gonna put it as a blurrbee scenario… but I thought against it-.

Instead I went for a personal experience of when i wasn’t feeling the best, I was heavily tired, hadn’t had any sleep and kind of… broke down into tears over how overstimulated I was.

Bumblebee sighed exasperatedly.

While the decepticons go and get more things for the now feral leader, they put bumblebee on ‘repair and cleaning duty’ any time megatron had scratched or broken something while they’re away.

Though he has to keep himself hidden from the feral con and wait until he’s asleep before he can do anything.

Apparently according to Lugnut, megatron gets really territorial if he notices anyone or anything near his fort, immediately he’ll target the bot that’s closest and tear him to pieces.

… so with bumblebee being very small they think he’ll get the job done while they’re out and about.

He also leaves out energon and oil from his private collection (while also eating and drinking small amounts himself) before hiding himself away once he noticed megatron stirring from his slumber.

Out of everything the cons put him and his team through? This is pretty tame.

I swear i can't be the only one who thought abt it, i have been thinking of his ship for a couple of weeks and I really think they could be interesting, i could even fo fanart but idk... oughhhhhhh

could there be something problematic about the ship?😭💔

Bumblebee’s day just got worse.

How much worse you ask? Well, beside having a feral bot as his leader coddle him for days on end because he’s viewed as a sparkling. He got captured recently!

And if he returns to his friends (hopefully in one piece) Optimus prime is gonna get reeaaal clingy and coddly when bumblebee gets near him.

He minded a LOT at first… but he got used to being the designated target of optimus’ instincts to protect and care, even got used to the ‘baths’ the prime provides just to calm the mech until he’s back to normal.

(Also it’s a good excuse to hear those rumbling purrs from the prime, but don’t tell anyone! That’s his secret and he likes to keep it that way.)

And his day just got worse? Can it get even more worse?

Yes it can.

It very, VERY MUCH CAN. Get worse.

Megatron, from the spy-bot: … did you win?

Bumblebee: yeah, I won.

Megatron: excellent, you did me so proud… but you’re grounded.

Bumblebee: scrap.

Sari: sooo…. What do think would happen if your mom/dad finds out?

Bumblebee: what’d you mean?

Sari: I mean, with what happened? Since that upgrade of mine… when I stabbed you near your spark?

Bumblebee:

Bumblebee: well he knows now!

Sari: wut?

Megatron, from the spy-bot: SHE DID WHAT?!??!!?

Bumblebee: … he’s been here for a while now, I should’ve told you.

Ratchet: hard to say, this is very new

Bulkhead: … why is bumblebee baby sized?!

Ratchet: he’s not, that’s a regular normal sized youngling, technically you’re sari’s old height.

Bumblebee: but I’m not even-… scrap! Dad/mom probably gonna coddle me once he see’s this.

Prowl: I’m sure he or she won’t find out bee.

Bumblebee:

Bumblebee: … guys my sire is megatron.

Ratchet:

Ratchet: oh scrap, yeah he would-. How did I forget that?!

Megatron, pissed: ultra Magnus, still as punctual as ever I see. Come to gloat? False prime.

Sentinel: hah! Jokes on you I’m gonna be Magnus soon so-.

Ultra Magnus: he’s all yours for the time being, try not to do too much damage and don’t kill him.

Sentinel, suddenly alone: wait what?

Megatron, smiling: gladly.

Sentinel: pfff, yeah right like you can-… where are your stassis cuffs… wait, wait! WAIT-!

Megatron, peppering his son with platonic kisses: in a minute!

Bumblebee: sire! I’m gonna miss my transport!

Megatron: not until you say it.

Bumblebee, rolling his optics: I love you too, mama.

Megatron: love you too my bundle of immense joy!

Soundwave: a plan: to reprogram the autobots in their recharged state.

Megatron: ah… because humans are the most vulnerable creatures compared to us and bringing them into a state of confusion and fear. Clever.

Soundwave: affirmative. Soundwave, also did the heir’s too… for the fun of it.

Megatron:

Megatron: let me see, that way I can confirm if- *sees the holoform* … yep that’s mY bAbY aLrIgHt.

Soundwave: megatron?: you ok, question?

Megatron, trying not to cry: I’m FiNe

Bumblebee, eating energon popcorn: dunno about you, I’m having the time of my life! Popcorn, bossbot?

Optimus prime, grabbing a handful: thank you, while agree with the Magnus… I’m also having the time of my life too.

Ultra Magnus:

Ultra Magnus, mentally: was he that bad?!

Megatron, beating sentinel into a pulp: why didn’t I do this sooner?! This is entertaining as scrap!

Bulkhead: hey, bee… what’s your carrier like?

Bumblebee: no idea.

Bulkhead: … you never knew her?

Bumblebee: nope, she died by transformation paralysis before I forged.

Bulkhead:

Bumblebee: it was very hard on sire to talk about, but he hates lying to me about it even more.

Bulkhead: … bumblebee no one says that casually-. It was a horrible disease!!

Bumblebee: I know, my sire was very serious about that topic, he’s also very blunt about it.

Megatron: … fathers… day?

Bumblebee: yeah! It’s a human celebration to celebrate our parental units that give us life! Y’know the same thing we celebrate! Here!

Megatron, smiling down: thank you, I’ll cherish this forever.

Bumblebee: no problem! Just gotta figure something out for you for mothers next

Megatron:

Megatron: fair enough, we do celebrate both the carrier and sire cycle as a whole

Bumblebee: hey, sire… what would you do if I turned back into a spark-.

Megatron: I’d take care of you like I did when you were forged, no changes whatsoever.

Bumblebee:

Bumblebee, mentally: I didn’t even finish my question.

Wow. I almost forgot about the mom/dad ratio thing.

How’d that happen?! … *shrugs* oh well, I’ve been doing this for a long while now, I’m bound to forget doing that eventually.

“Uh.. how’s this, is this good?”

“… it got worse, dr sumdac.” Megatron told simply, awaiting until his vision changes. “Ah, of corse, maybe I should-.”

“Don’t touch that wire, it’s part of my memory process.” He warns, making the human immediately back off from that wiring. “I’m terribly sorry.”

“It’s fine, you’re doing… your best.” He forces out, trying very, very hard not to let his impatience waver. “Um… thank you by the way… for being patient with me.” He says thankfully, smiling.

“… it’s nothing, you’re just very new at our people’s anatomy.”

He says pointedly, now staying very silent and letting his optics shut down, just to let dr sumdac do his work, finally getting some proper peace and quiet now that he’s sure dr sumdac knows what he’s do-.

An electrical static flow through megatron’s processor.

immediately his optics online immediately in an instance taking note of a message before it suddenly disappears.

“What did you do?”

“Um… I’m not sure, did your vision cleared up or-.”

“No. It’s something different” He replied, optic ridges furrowed in concern. “Uh, I’m sorry I’ll just-.

“Don’t. Touch. Anything.” He interrupts, checking… double… triple checked many times to see if everything is functional. His memory files seemed ok, so is his blinking, as well as his vision too so that’s already cleared up.

“Alright, everything seemed to be in order, my vision is cleared up too.” He notes, looking around the area for a moment longer before he ex-vents.

“I apologise for my sudden outburst, I simply did not want to malfunction so suddenly.” Megatron explains, taking note of dr sumdac’s elevated heart spike at the sudden yell. “I-it’s ok, it happens. Not the first time I was yelled at.”

Megatron hums, shuttering his optics. “… most of my mentality is still somewhat in order.” He says. “Whatever you did it didn’t seem that important to my life.” Megatron added, closing his optics one last time once dr sumdac jumped down.

“I’m still very certain that had done something to you. But what?” Dr sumdac thinks, pacing back and forth.

“… a fair reasoning, I’ll see to it once we figured it out.”

… it was an earth month ago when this happened, after that month that’s when it was all revealed.

Only because one autobot was the most childlike of the team.

Megatron had to explain to Isaac how parental units work and how being a parent unit is like, funnily enough there isn that much differences… other than a few possible aspects.

Their security for their species young is completely different compared to their own.

Though unlike the autobots they do actual background checks to see if they did thought about having a family before sending them off, it’s a longer process but it’s better than nothing.

He… honestly wanted to be a parental unit, it was one of the many reasons why he wanted to be a medic other than it being his passion.

But that doesn’t matter, not anymore.

“—bossbot—!” He hears from the screen in front of him, he looks up and sees the mini in front of the prime. Talking excitedly about… something as of late.

Whatever it was the prime nodded and the mini shouted excitedly before immediately driving off.

Megatron hummed in amusement at his energy, if he could he can give him whatever he desires that the autobots cannot.

… why did think about that-… right, his parental protocols.

A gift to some and a curse to another.
