I'm watching Robots in Disguise (2000/2001) and there's this weird detail where some of the Autobots seems to... belong to people?

Like... Optimus is a firetruck... who... goes back to the fire station at the end of the day. He LEAVES if there's Decepticons Predacons, like, he just abandons the fire fighters, but he... he goes BACK.

None of these humans appear to be main characters. This is not Heatwave and Kade, they're not formally brought in on the cybertronian thing as far as I can tell, their fire truck just "gets stolen" periodically.

They have a clocking ability that helps then almost disappear under water or in the air ! They also glow in deep depths! They domt have to much info yet , but they are shy and quiet. More of a listener to SB's yapping ♡
