Summary: Since his time with Ivankov, Sanji has come to the realization that he is a trans man, but it wasn't until he almost lost everything that meant anything to him on Whole Cake Island that Sanji has finally accepted it, too.

Now, Sanji thinks he's ready to embrace it. He knows he won't truly feel free until he can tell his closest friends, but he can't figure out why something that should be so simple isn't.

It doesn't help that he's rapidly falling for one of them, either.

What he ends up finding is so much more.
