Basically Ranma gets sent back in time to the day before the Tendo’s mom dies and takes on the role of Auntie Ranko and becomes surrogate Tendo mom. Its all like about how the Tendos might have been wihtout having to deal with that trauma all on their own as little kids and its so like so extremely adorable!
