#trance?

The night was dark and cold, something that the doctor was used to. He sat at his desk, typing away at his computer while writing notes. After having discovered something completely new to him, he needed to know more, he needed to learn about the anomoly he found, he needed to know more.

The sound of writing was all that was heard in the room as Henrik furiously scribbled notes down, glancing up at his monitors every other second. The colorful, worm-hole like animation, reflected off his eyes as he stares for a moment too long, transfixed by the movement and color.

What exactly had he discovered? Was it something good? Bad? Was it safe? Or dangerous...? He wouldn't know for a while, for all that he could manage in that moment was to stare at his screen, his pencil falling out of his hand. It lands with a soft thunk on the ground, his notebook following moments later.

The sounds soon fade away as there was nothing...but silence...
