Ran 10.90 km with #Nike⁠ #Run Club, @phaeton_the_demidog and I somehow lost @coachbennett #RunningInTheDark, but since I've got his coaching partially memorized by now, the hint to pay attention in the third quarter, the reminder about head lamps (which I did forget this time, oof), all played in my mind anyway. Ran 8.40 km with #Nike⁠ #Run Club, 8.2 on the @coros_training Tabata Run from @kipchogeeliud , it came with the EK edition of the #CorosPace2. 10 min warmup, 3 sets of 8x 20s on/10s off with 4 minutes between sets, 5 min cooldown. Woo! Left NRC tracking the rest of the run home, all 200 meters of it.
