Good question! Some of these are kind of obvious because it relates to the character, but I think theyβre the most realistic.
Strade- wild boar (I agree with Gato)
Ren- fox
Lawrence- deer, or jackalope if possible
Sano and Akira- snakes
Vincent- wolf
Cain- raven
Rire- black cat
Derek- hyena
Celia- I actually struggled with Celia. I think I get ferret vibes from herβ not domestic ones, wild ones. Theyβre very well coordinated and hunt rodents.
Mason- bear
Bonus:

Dragon: Komodo dragon
Jack: German shepherd (or jackal, I guess)
Tom: Labrador
Jaqueline: jaguar (not a play on her name, I just genuinely think that)
