Sometimes I feel like Tourette’s would be super interesting as like a game mechanic
imagine a mini game where you try to balance out a bunch of tasks, but when you get to overstimulated or exhausted a piece of the body gets out of control, and you have to keep working around each tic until you complete all of your tasks or a timer goes off 
You’ll like have to figure out if you rather spend energy on trying to hold back tics, so you can complete tasks faster, or spend energy on trying to help your body calm down so the tics won’t  escalate

hi, happy disability pride month. idk who needs to hear/see this but i only just found out this year that there is a pride flag for Tourette's and it kind of. idk. it did something to me. it made me really emotional. i love it a lot. so. in case anybody else didn't know and maybe might feel some kind of way (positive) about it

Strong emotions can trigger tics in a way, but that's not quite it. they can easily happen when you'r not feeling much too. they can be triggered by repetitive sounds or movements, one specific sound or movement, feelings (more than just emotions. physical feelings too). there is a wide variety of what can trigger tics. it depends on the tic, the person, etc. even in the case of them being triggered by 'emotions'. i feel like it's more the energy behind it. like when you get hyper because you'r really happy. times that they don't happen is when one is very focused on something. and (in my experience) when one has 0 energy. (i don't tic a lot when sick.) the former means that no, unless the sex isn't very good, and they get distracted, they will not tic during sex. because, at least if the sex is good, it should have their full focus.
