** this is true for ticketmaster in my personal experience! I’ve had other people confirm it’s how it works for them! I don’t know about other ticket websites! **

I would really encourage you to stick to Ticketmaster throughout the whole tour process. I’ve heard of (and experienced) being scammed through sites like stubhub or seatgeek. I had two eras tour show tickets and for my first one I think it was stubhub that basically called me and said the tickets don’t exist. They “offered” much worse seats or my money back. I know you (and I) would rather just have the seats you paid for! Ticketmaster super duper sucks and is the literal devil but at least theyre not going to scam you out of your tickets.

I believe the London pre-sale date comes after the 9th! Okay yes, the London pre-sale date will be on the 16th but all other dates (USA and Canada) will be the 9th!

I’d highly recommend signing up for the pre-sale if you can! It doesn’t cost anything! I can’t imagine very many tickets being left once they go on sale for everyone so definitely try to jump on it as soon as possible!

The pre-sale starts at 10 am (local time) in all locations! You can sign up for just 3 pre-sale dates so if you really want to go try to get a family member or someone you might want to go with to sign up as well!
