Photos taken during 2 separate visits. Pictured above is a summer tanager. Not my first sighting, but definitely my first clear photo! This was also my first solo hike in occasional bear country! I originally stopped there on a whim, and was blown away by the views. The overgrown trails make for a fun adventure, but definitely bring extra water for the sunny miles!
