I forgot to post my childhood love

A recently completed experiment with style - a portrait of Torvosaurus tanneri, a megalosaurid from the Late Jurassic Morrison Formation in the United States. The species was described in 1979 from remains from the Dry Mesa Quarry (Colorado). Additional material, including skull bones, was discovered in 1985. In 2012, the most complete, as yet undescribed specimen, nicknamed "Elvis," was discovered. It consists of vertebrae, pelvic bones, limbs, and parts of the skull. T. tanneri is estimated to have been 9 meters (30 ft) long. However, in the 1990s, remains of Edmarka rex and a theropod unofficially named "Brontoraptor" were discovered. They were up to 12 meters (39 ft) long and are generally considered synonyms of Torvosaurus, but a detailed analysis has not yet been published. Torvosaurus was one of the largest theropods of the Late Jurassic. It is distinguished by its long, narrow muzzle and short but massive arms. The generic name means "savage lizard."

A still can’t believe that “Broken Jaw” the Allosaurus had jumped in and saved the juvenile “Dinheirosaurus” from a Torvosaurus and with the help of the Adult Dinheirosaurus.
