2 months post op

3 weeks post op.

Today I reached a huge milestone in my life. this picture was taken right before I had top surgery with dr rumer! It was an insane feeling of mixed emotions. I was in disbelief it was really happening up untill the nurses wheeled me away for anesthesia. Im so beyond happy and relieved. I will no longer have to look in the mirror, take a breath and say its ok theyre not going to be there one day. My family made the decision not to come, which was to be expected but i really had hopes they would come around. They didnt even want to know the location of the surgery (i made sure to give them all the details in case because i realized I had to be the bigger person). The nurses said I went out with a smile on my face and woke up with a smile on my face asking excitedly if they were really gone. Its the first night and recovering is difficult but my god does it feel like theres a burden lifted off my chest haha. I will post more in depth details about the prcedure and having it with Dr rumer later as well as more pictures. Stay happy everyone.
