I did say that Mickey is a celebrity turned private detective. He does some acting occasionally but the desire to help people and solve cases has always been a thing he loves to do; had been his dream job since childhood. And he’s seen worse. He has gone on occasional excursions to Anderville, so knows his job has become more challenging. And helping people can sometimes lead to trouble.
I have Minnie in my AU to become a fashion designer for Cruella of all people. Most of her designs are almost always rejected and she can’t afford to quit. While she’s still working, she’s looking for similar jobs where it doesn’t put her into so much pressure. (**NOTE: This one is subject to change/retcon, this is just a concept**)
