In this video, I simplify the process of developing your historical toolkit by discussing the 10 essential sewing tools you will need to make historical clothing. For those just starting out with hand sewing or historical sewing, it might feel overwhelming not knowing which tools to buy. Historical dress often utilises hand-sewing techniques, and some of the tools needed are more specialised.
