Bird no. 302. It never ends, does it? . The only enjoyment I used to get from my work todo list was the moment I got to cross a task off 😂 I tried everything to bring pleasure in. I used colored pens, drew todo infographics instead of lists, and I ate a LOT of snacks. It turns out, none of those things are a substitute for job satisfaction 🤣 . Looking back now, I can see that without that slog I wouldn't be here. I wouldn't have built up a financial cushion, I wouldn't have travelled just then, the light wouldn't have hit that bird just right, the spark of the idea would never have been lit. . I'll bet you can think of something in your life that really sucked, but now it's clear that it was a necessary stepping stone to get you where you are today. .
