Finished. This was tough. I asked the client to send me a scan of Larry Hama’s pencils so he could save the original. Way cooler than me messing up on top of it. I bought some new brush pens from @jetpens and seeing if I'll look to like, if looking liking move.
Verdict & Initial impression: 2 thumbs up. The Tombow Fudenosuke Brush Pen (soft tip) was smooth and felt like a hybrid between a technical pen a brush pen (but leans toward brush pen albeit slightly). As a side about the hard tip, I'm a fan of how smooth the ink flows but it's a little tougher to control.

I (Jasmijn) also tried my hand at inktober! Today the prompt was compass and that felt like exactly the kind of thing I could draw with my Tombow fudenosuke. Now that it is getting colder, I want to curl up with a book on the couch again. This drawing fits perfectly within the theme of the book I am (once again) reading: Lampje/Lampie and the Children of the Sea by Annet Schaap. You can also check out my review on our website!
