25 Years ago, Blue’s Clues premiered on Nickelodeon Blue’s Clues was my Childhood! I loved this show so much as a kid! I’m not entirely sure what it was about this show that made me love it so much, but needless to say, I was obsessed with this show I had so many different pieces of merchandise as a kid I had toys, clothes, books, cds, videos, dvds, computer games, and of course, Handy Dandy Notebooks That was my favorite part of Blue’s Clues, getting to draw the clues in the Handy Dandy Notebook Of Course as we get older, we tend to transition away from things in our childhood to more “adult” & “mature” content However, when the reboot was announced back in 2018, that relit the flame that had dimmed many years ago and reinvigorated my Love & Nostalgia for this show I would just like to say Thank You to Angela Santomero, Traci Paige Johnson, & Todd Kessler for creating this show that meant so much to me as a child Thank You Steve Burns & Donovan Patton for being our leaders back in the 90s and early 2000s and to Joshua Dela Cruz for carrying the torch for a new generation of Clue Finders Happy 25th Anniversary Blue’s Clues! 💙 #bluesclues #bluescluesandyou #bluesclues25 #photos #steveburns #donovanpatton #joshuadelacruz #angelasantomero #tracipaigejohnson #toddkessler #nickelodeon #nickjr

Something that made Blue’s Clues really unique is that it was one of the first children shows to incorporate sign language into it They even had Marlee Matlin on the show a few times One that I remember the most was the help sign Steve and Joe used to do this after singing the Play Blue’s Clues Song when they asked us if we would help them This small gesture was something that had become ingrained in my memory So much so that when I did this Blue’s Clues themed photoshoot, I did that gesture in the photo Years later, my Mother asked me what I was doing in the photo and she was surprised when I told her exactly what it was #bluesclues #bluescluesandyou #bluesclues25 #photos #steveburns #donovanpatton #joshuadelacruz #angelasantomero #tracipaigejohnson #toddkessler #nickelodeon #nickjr #marleematlin #signlanguage #thinkingchair
