Deidara: *stops and stares up into the sky, jaw hanging open as the moon slowly turns an incredibly vibrant red*

Deidara: W-what the fuck?! *puts on sunglasses with shaking fingers* I’ve … I’ve never seen something like this before, hm! It’s — it’s —

Tobi, in Obito voice: It’s beautiful, isn’t it? Soon now, very soon, this pathetic world will be under my control, and I’ll be able to reach out and take whatever I want. *pauses, then reaches over and lightly caresses Deidara’s arm* And I know just what, or should I say who, I’m going after first.

Deidara:

Deidara: … Is it, is it bad that I’m both immensely terrified, but more turned on than I’ve ever been in my life?

Kisame, a few yards away, wearing sunglasses and staring up at the moon with Itachi at his side: Don’t sweat it, kid. I had the same reaction the first time Itachi said that to me.
