Companies pulling out of, or reducing their contribution to Toronto Pride due to the USβs anti-woke/DEI movement/Trump
Itβs not news that many companies jump on the pride bandwagon year after year, but pay attention this pride month to what companies DO stay and/or raise their contributions pride parades. These are the companies reducing contributions or pulling out of Toronto, Ontarioβs Pride Parade so far. Feel free to add on any companies pulling out of your pride events and your location! Home Depot (pulled out)
Google (pulled out)
Merck Canada (reduced contributions)
Nissan Canada (has not renewed sponsorship)
Adidas (has not renewed sponsorship)
Abnormal Beauty Company (reduced contributions)
Tim Hortons (reduced contributions)
TO Pride has now set up a donation page for regular people to help support the 2025 Pride events
