I feel like the only guy who loves Rides Again (Magic School Bus).

One of my science teachers (my favorite of all time) showed the class (including me) an episode of Rides Again.

When I saw the episode, I fell in love with the series.

Now, I remember watching the original series when I was way younger...

...as well as learning about the history of people who hate reboots when I got older...

...but I don't really understand how anyone could hate Rides Again.

To each their own, I guess.

TL;DR: I love Rides Again and if it has no fans, I'm dead.

Fiona

• Valarie knew before Fiona did because Fiona would spend twenty minutes describing a woman she met and somehow never realize she was crushing.

• Full on lesbian

• The class found out that hen they saw a pride pin in the bus, and Fiona only hid it because of how mosey the group is

• Fiona is a huge hand holder.

• Keeps little things or any kind of gift her loved ones give her.

• If someone asked, she’d answer honestly. She could care less what people think.

• The type to accident gets feelings for her best friend

• She’s a great listener

• Remembers everything, especially the tiny stuff

• Loves sharing interests

• Not all that awkward or shy around someone she likes, but if someone is intentionally being flirty, depending on who, she may get a little flustered

• does not tolerate trying to fake sick and will immediately send her partner to bed, then proceed to get medicine, cook, and everything. She, on the other hand, doesn’t get very sick, but on the rare occasion she does, she tries to play it off and gets the same treatment

• Also comfortable about how she is but doesn’t go off yapping about it

• Very intentional

• Never forgets anniversaries.

• If she’s married, also big physical affection with hand holding, or having an arm on the shoulder

• Softer with her wife

• Loves confidence, not arrogance

• Very patient

• admirer from across the room type

• Once she’s committed, she gets very protective

• If she likes someone, their name might come up often, but sounds natural

Hiii!! Ofcccc, I’d l love to be friends!! Now… here are the answers to your questions 😊😊😊

It’s honestly impossible to pick, because I love all of the kids. But my favorite has to be one of the girls, maybe Jyoti or Wanda, but I like them all the same.

Fav ships gotta be Jokebook (Carlos and Dorothy Ann), and Rock and Roll (Wanda and Arnold). I’m also a multi shipper btw, so I may but not likely ship other characters with each other, even if I say their ships. I mainly ship Jyoti with an OC of mine, because I’m glued to the ogs. Like RA wise, I ship her with Ralphie, but in the original and my au, I ship her wit and oc named Oliver if you’ve seen my stuff. I can make him a lil headcanon along with the other msb ocs if wanted.

Omg, yes! Fav special has to be Goldsteeler or In the Zone. Goldsteeler was fun to watch, I could watch it a hundred times and still not be bored, but it’s not that available, I’ve found a few videos on YouTube. In the Zone is so emotional for me and it’s so sweet, may fav scene is when Wanda and Jyoti hug Ms. Frizzle, bc she looked like she was gonna cry a little bit before that storm hit and the bus went haywire, (poor thing 🥺🥺🥺).

Fo headcannons, like maybe shipping dynamics or like class dynamics. I hope this isn’t weird but sometimes I write little scenarios where my class (as in the group from my au) is like hanging out at Fiona’s place when they’re in middle school or highschool. Mostly my oc Jaylene because her main oc in msb had relationships with the Frizzles through her parents. But yeah, that’s all I really got. I really like both, and I know RA gets a lot of hate, but I watched the series and I honestly thing it has potential. I was really sad when they only had 2 seasons, and the only episode from third season is unavailable on Netflix. My AU is a mix of both, with a filler male oc so the class stays even, and then two extra oc’s. So it would go like:

Wanda, Phoebe, Keesha, Dorothy Ann, Jyoti, Fem OC and then Ralphie, Carlos, Tim, Arnold, Male OC, Male OC.

The biggest problem i see ppl have with ra is the redesigns(completely valid tbh, they WHITEWASHED keisha and tim) but besides that theres no other reason to hate🥹

I personally dont really have an au but i did make redesigns for a middle school(well 6th grade) version. Though recently ive just decided to redo all of them (exfept carlos bc i HAVENT DONE HIM YET)

I do a whole bunch of random stuff on here, and posting is never constant 😔

Albie's design is pretty average and bugs a lot of people, so I'd figure I'd draw Albie in The Magic School Bus Rides Again artstyle (the specials art- style, to be exact) and make them less Cocomelon-ish and simple and look like an actual bus. First I made their face look more like a bus face, as well as mixing up their design with Rides Again Bus's design. Now Albie looks more like a bus in this style, doesn't it? Still looks simple, but also resembles a school bus.
