The Lieutenant is probably losing his fucking mind in the crowd

Anyways, uuuuu I said a while ago there should be an Amon concert drawing and I did it loll. I guess this technically was actual render practice. A lot of trusting the process even though I was lazy with some stuff and didn’t bother going back to fix it (*cough* the hands)

Azula is at her worst, unhealthy both physically and mentally. In her lowest moment she envisions Mai, an idealized version of her beloved, her composed elegance contrasting her own state of disarray. She can’t force herself to see Mai as anything but perfection, the sheer embodiment of beauty, no matter how hard she tries forcing herself to hate her, and the pathetic, all consuming love Azula possesses for her makes her press her lips to Mai’s. Mai’s perfection is unable to be altered by anything besides Azula’s own hands, which cradle her whilst tangling into her hair, disrupting it. Azula hopes in this moment, at least, Mai belongs to her, and no one else.

The Lieutenant yearns for Amon more than life itself, in fact, Amon is his very life. He is weak to no one but him and him alone. For so long, he hasn’t allowed himself to grow close to anyone, nor has his leader. Now, they have found solace in each other. But it’s not enough, Amon deprives the Lieutenant of affection and love and it’s maddening. The Lieutenant rarely lays eyes upon even his face. It’s maddening, and he wants Amon to feel just as maddened with longing as him and he wants to drag him down with him into his hell. He sees Amon, the two of them locked against one another, both disheveled and filthy, yet in such a state together.

(My thought process while making these… Maizula and Lieumon kissing, probably rare post of my own art. I suck at drawing kissing so I used a reference which will be under the cut. Also this took 10 hours for both of them. I love these guys)
