If it's by people he likes, he really doesn't mind at all being tickled, but will bite and hiss and scratch if it's someone he's not close with or even hates

Will fox yelp and fox laugh if you get him good enough and even poof into fox form if tickled for too long. He just can't help it!

For a longer session softer tickles are probably better to keep that from happening.

The special rings on his paws and hands are mega death; they're for helping the Ayot absorb electricity but they're stupidly sensitive (and ticklish). Just gently tracing them is enough to short circuit him, no pun intended haha

Like mentioned, her robot parts can feel due to advanced tech. The joints in her elbows and knees are particularly soft and squishy, and very ticklish

She doesn't really fight back, mostly because she's afraid of her strength hurting someone so she just kinda takes it. She's gonna wiggle a LOT tho hehe
