Friday morning vibes with the #tiuhusband. 😋 Day 5 of the #tiu21 challenge and I am feeling amazing. Happy to be back to a routine...although it’s pretty difficult to get up when it’s 40 degrees in the morn. 🌁 The hubs and I got to enjoy getting the kids ready together...a rare occurrence in our home...and we got to hear a great report about our #TIUkid and his progress in class. 🙌🏼 Today is a good day. Hope you babes have a wonderful day...and crush your day because you are worth it. 😘

Happy #flexfriday babes!!! 💪🏼💕 First day of summer and this stud is keeping his mama company and motivating me to keep pushing! TIU Flex Friday + HIIT the Beach with our beautiful trainers @karenadawn & @katrinaascott! Then it was off to the park for some play date fun with the #TIUKid's buddy, and this mama got adult time while they ran around and swung on the swings. Then we were off to get a haircut to fix the one the kiddo tried to give himself the other day 💇🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♀️. And enjoy some lunch at our fave local spot @denicascafe. 😋 I'd have to say we're having a @clearlykombucha day on first Friday of summer break. 🙌🏼😊 Hope your Friday is awesomeness! 😘❤️

Good morning! ☀️ Happy Tuesday babes!!! Super excited for today! Greek yogurt + strawberries 🍓, coconut, & chia + toned abs with @katrinaascott & Booty Burn with @karenadawn! There's only 2 days left of Junior K for my little #TIUkid! ☺️ And summer is just around the corner! ☀️ Yippee!

Monday picnic with this stud. 💕 Slept in this morning so I missed my BC, but starter my morning right with a spring scramble and some fruit. 😋 And after picking up my #TIUkid from school, he made us a picnic. M2 was salmon with quinoa & steamed veggies. Planning to get my PMWO in soon! Hope your Monday has been grand babes! 😘

Eek! #latepost of yesterday's checkin. 😬 I love my Fridays because I get to spend the day with my little #TIUkid...so after yoga-ing with Bikini Yoga Flow + Master the Yoga Mat, my little guy set up a picnic for us and we enjoyed some pineapple 🍍 coconut muffins (M1) + pick me up chia pudding with coconuts & cacao nibs. 😋💕 The kid enjoyed crescent rolls & cheese sticks. 😜 I had a craving for a sandwich, so I made a turkey, spinach bell pepper & hummus sandwich on Dave's killer bread. Mmmm. So good and satisfying. 👍🏼 M4 was a slimdown smoothie and M5 was brown rice pasta + marinara (quick & easy prep so I did not feel rushed for our school basketball event). 😊 And the day ended on a high note watching some teachers from our school district play against the Harlem Wizards! 🏀🏀🏀 Good times!

Hello Bikini Series!!! 👋🏼💕👏🏼 Super excited that the day is finally here and the #TIUteam is ready to slay this challenge! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼 BC = 5 daily moves x 3 + 20 minute walk/jog with my #TIUkid. 🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️🚶🏻‍♀️ M1: fruit + yogurt M2: chocolate banana smoothie with greens 🍌🍫😋 Now I'm off to the grocery store to get my meal prep on! Missed yesterday since I just got back from an amazing conference in Vegas! Yesterday was a true rest day to get reorganized and set my intentions for this first week of the 👙Series! Let's do this babes!!!! 💕👍🏼😊

Happy 🐫 day lovelies! BC was some PiYo love with the #TIUhubby. Fueled my body with a chocolate banana smoothie & an ACV mocktail. 😋 Meals stayed on point until I took a bite out of my #TIUkid's chicken tender. 🤦🏻‍♀️ But no worries! I did some squats and lunges to make up for that slip up. 😬 I swear it jumped up and attached to my teeth. And finishing off the day by reading my nutrition plan to prep for the #TIUBikiniSeries!!! 😊💕👙Nighty night babes! 😘
