They get back together, but AMC pulls a bury-your-gays and kills one of them.
They don't get back together. But Odessa still has a scene or two.

I find myself constantly drawn to tv wlw couples that have just enough screen time for me to find them ADORABLE but not enough screen time for them a) to be somehow ruined b) so my imagination can go wild with fanfiction and imagining between the scenes
