Today I worked because I have to keep my mind busy so I don't get lost in my head and sit with worry. When shit is floating down stream that I can't control I always create. My Baba always said worrying is praying backward's so I thank her today for that reminder. Sometimes when I get lost in my thoughts and go to the dark place's within my mind loved ones who have left earthside will pop into my mind and whisper little things that growing up probably annoyed me hearung them ver and over but now that I'm older and I'm always like now I get it and I'm grateful for those little memorie's and the reminders.
