So they scrapped the Nandos scale, and now we have tier one, two and three restrictions, and places get put in them seemingly arbitrarily. But there’s also medium, high and very high- with the possibility of very, very high being announced, or something.
But now we have Bristol in tier 1+ and Nottingham going into tier three with extra restrictions, and places that should be moving up a tier but aren’t...
And all the while cases, hospital admissions and deaths are increasing.

Hi! Hope your day's going well! So, did Dr. Agau come up with the tier system and then try to progress through each tier, moving on to the next after she'd gotten success in the previous one? Or did she just start making bodies with powers, then decide to classify them? Basically, what's the origin story of the tier system? (I love classifications like this, so I'm curious!)
This is a really interesting question that I don’t exactly have a concrete answer to.
What I think happened was that Dr. Agau had the theory of the tier system long before she actually put it into place. Once she first figured out that she could grow bodies, that’s when she knew she had to get organized and make a system.
So more of the first option, where she started with a tier one and progressed up the scale.
The tier system is also there to tip the reader off on how powerful someone is, like to build up tension. The day Dr. Agau says “It’s time to unveil our Tier Five” and someone goes “What! Tier Five! But that’s just theory, it’s highly complicated, we can’t do that!”... that’s when you know stuff is gonna go down.
