Cards on the table, I hoped against hope that Hard Time would do better than it did, though I'm really happy that many of the people whose support I value the most seem to have read it! So while I reassess, have some headcanons I didn't post before! Don't worry tho, Izuku is still getting it really soon :-P And I'm still holding out hope for the lees Kiri and Baku story (nearly 1/3rd of the votes in the poll!)
But now it's Leenk time!
Link is so cute I have been playing TotK without any armor just to gawk at him (why I do need to get out more, thank you).
With how much everyone's Link effs around Hyrule so much, Zelda should have him sent to the tickle dungeons and/or let the Gerudo take care of her punishment for an equal amount of time. Though I also kind of ship him with Sidon (yes, I know he's a breeder, and I hope it's clear I'm using that term for "edgy" humor).
By the way, if you haven't, check out @dokidoki-muffin's three Link pieces (some of which may be marked as NSFW) - I've seen very few pieces succeeding at capturing utter ticklish agony as well as this one, and the way the lers' fingers are animated really add to the verbal teasing, it really sells that Link is completely at their mercy and can't do anything about it! This is an incredible precursor and you're under the impression that there are even more hands tickling Link than are actually drawn, and again, it really sells that they're sadistically toying with him. And if you want head-to-toe tickles, there's this piece.
Oh, and how could I forget about our @lovelymessybubbly's own Leenk pieces! This one is a comic with lee Link at the end, but this one if my favorite full-body piece.
Anyway, here's our ticklish hero of Hyrule!
Since I included his ears, I left out a spot where he's not super ticklish imo, and since this headcanon isn't NSFW, you can probably imagine what it is lol
Smiling (4.5-5.5): Link's ribs are a pretty manageable spot, he's not every sensitive there. Light tickles with long fingernails work best here and will get him to scrunch up his face in an extremely adorable way.
Giggling (6-7): Tickling these spots for just a few seconds will force Link to make some kind of sound - generally, very cute titters.
Laughing (7.5-8.5): Link's ears, underarms, sides, hips, thighs, and feet are all pretty ticklish spots! And you may not expect it, but a hard touch works best, except on his ears. Tickling his ears too gently might result in... side effects.
Howling (9-10): Twink's worst spot that will break the silent hero in two seconds flat is his V-line, and if I latched on to those child-birthing hips of his, I wouldn't let go. Scribbling with your fingers tickles way more than he'd expect and results in an endless stream of high-pitched cackling, while digging your thumbs in and massaging the area causes him to freak out, bucking and screaming.

Lee!Link, Ler!Midna!! Tws: Tickle fic, empty death threat at the end. <33
The Hero? Ticklish?
“Do you not ever know when to shut up?” Link snarked, hopping over an unnecessarily big tree root as the two companions traversed through the forest.
“Do you ever know how to stop being a cocky brat?” She retorted, giving his side an emphasising squeeze.
Though, Link didn’t react how she expected him to..he laughed? ..Why would he.. Oh..Ohh.
His eyes widened, realising what’d just happened.
“My, my..what do we have here?” A wide smirk grew across Midna’s face as Link stopped in his tracks, completely still.
As frozen as his body, a nervous smile was plastered on his face as he spoke, “M-Midna…Don’t you dare.”
She snickered, “Wow, so serious! Why don’t you loosen up a little? You’re awfully tense, Linky~” The imp grinned, gently digging her fingers into Link’s sides.
He gasped & squeaked, shooting his hands to her wrists.
Midna giggled, “Aww is something the matter? Feeling a little ticklish?” Chills ran down his back once she said that word, stammering as he searched for a snobby comeback, his cheeks only burning more & more as Midna spidered along his ribs.
“I’m n-not —ah! t-tii-hihihi!!” He squeezed his eyes shut, avoiding the look on Midna’s face as he began to break.
She worked her way up Link’s sides, chuckling at every giggle & flinch she got out of him. The hero yelped, his knees buckling from below him when she reached that spot.
“Jackpottt~~” His voice continuously cracked as high-pitched yet muffled laughter bubbled from his hand-covered mouth, quickly lowering into an adorable sweet laugh, loud & genuine.
“Awww look at that~ you’re blushing!! Listen to your little squeaks!!” She cooed, “Do it again, Linky!!”
“Nohohohoo—MihidnaAA!!” He soon descended into a cackling blushy mess, desperately trying to hide his flushed face, squealing & kicking his feet into the ground, “Nohot thEHEre!!”
“Not where? Here?” She drilled into his sensitive hollows, teasing at the ticklish skin, her nails clawing unbearably.
Any attempts Link made to resist were useless now, shrill laughter pouring out as Midna skittered her fingers rapidly up & down his torso, bringing & pinning his hands above his head.
“My, is the fate of Hyrule really in the hands of such a ticklish hero?”
Link whined through his laugh, which was quickly becoming silent, reducing to quiet wheezes & a pounding chest. Midna let up, with a final flutter behind his ears.
Link took a moment to regain his breath before complaining through his leftover giggles, “You’re so horrihid!!”
“Oh, really?” She giggled, “Did you tell me to stop?”
His face grew a even deeper red than it already was, & the expression on it was priceless, he threw his head into his hands, the other howling in the background.
“Yeah, yeah, hilarious. Just shut up & carry on walking.” He grumbled.
“Okay Grouchy sorry you’re so ticklish.”
“Sh-Shut up!!” She broke into laughter again,
“You’re just so easy!!” She teased.
“Yeah alright..don’t ever tell anyone about this, Midna.”
can i get uhhhh literally anything with legend of zelda LOL
this is so unspecific but HCFFHFIH just go wild i guess
kyaaaah i was really pumped about doing this piece o(≧▽≦)o the wind waker designs are sooo precious and cute so i knew a playful ticklish link pic would go perfectly with that theme. here is our hero under an assault of terrifying and dangerous piggies !!

P/N: MY TWO FAVORITE CHARACTER IN ZELDA HISTORY COMBINED IN SUCH A GOOD LITTLE FIC! PRODIGAL IS A MONSTER ANd if you excuse me I’m going to weave this fic into a blanket to wrap myself up in it to keep me warm on cold nights and you all should be grateful I am sharing this and not hording it for myself kthxbai <3
The Sacred Grove is solemn, brooding, and ancient. A forgotten shrine to a nearly-forgotten history, though Midna has no doubt that Her Majesty the Princess of Twilight could probably write a book on the matter. In fact, Midna would bet Link’s hat that the princess already has written such a book. A boring book, suitable for a boring, stiff, uptight princess.
Speaking of boring, stiff, and uptight. Link is chasing after the Puppets again – apparently, this is going to be a ritual every time they come here. That Skull Kid seems to get a kick out of sending his toys in to pester Link. Link himself doesn’t actually complain about the treatment – he never really complains about anything, to his credit – but he’s making that face again, of determination. So mature, so heroic. So boring.
“You could probably guide him yourself by now. You see past the shadows of this place, don’t you? You’d never lose your way.” The mischievous voice comes from directly beside her, but Midna’s only reaction is to roll her eyes. One imp to another; he doesn’t fool her. Although, she supposes the Skull Kid’s given her something to be grateful for – this guy has a face only a mother could love. Midna isn’t exactly wild about this new body of hers, but at least she still has a certain cuteness to her look.
She examines her fingernails, unimpressed with the Skull Kid’s tricks. “Sure, I could lead him. But then I wouldn’t get to see that funny scowl he makes when he sees he’s got to deal with you again.”
The Skull Kid laughs, an eerie childlike giggle. “Yeah, that look. He’s mastered the stern disapproval! Just like every other hero before him.”
Midna scoffs. “You’ve seen that many heroes, then?”
“The one that mattered, anyway. Ah – he’s off course…”
Link has finished with the handful of puppets, and is currently looking around warily, trying to find his way in the dark forest. His navigational skills in his human form are hilariously awful. The Skull Kid pulls out his obnoxious horn and begins playing that melancholy tune, and Link’s head turns quickly in that direction before he sets off, trying to follow the sound.
“Aw, how sweet. You’re such a helpful guy!” Midna smirks.
The Skull Kid shrugs jerkily, making a rustling noise as he does so. “I’ve seen the Hero’s old incarnation. We were friends. One time – the first Hero – he came into my forest and died.”
Now it’s Midna’s turn to shrug, though she’s a little shocked by this conversational turn. “Well, they’re Hylians, right? They don’t live forever. Plus, if that Hero was anything like this one, he gets knocked about more than your average fellow.”
“It was different. It was because – his fairy left him. People in this forest, if they don’t have fairies, they get lost and you can’t bring them back. He came back to the forest without a fairy and faded from this world.”
“That’s a sad story.”
“So I make sure that this Hero that came here, doesn’t get lost.” The Skull Kid looks morose at this, lowering his face so that his wide, floppy-brimmed hat hides even the side-view she has of him. After a moment, he seems to visibly shrug off whatever sad memory has brought him down. “But I still love messing with him. Just look at how pathetic he is!”
Link’s tripped over a root in the ground and subsequently got tangled in the brambly vines that are everywhere in this place. They’ve snagged on his stupid green outfit, catching him fast. The kid makes an aggravated noise but otherwise only diligently gets started freeing himself.
“He never even swears! He’s so serious and so – so good, all the time!” Midna exclaims, prompting a snort from the creature beside her.
“Well, that’s a Hero for you.”
“Always a no-fun, serious stick-in-the-mud? Were all the other Heroes like that?”
“The one I knew, yeah.” The Skull Kid taps his fingers on the one of the three bells of his horn, making a tinkling noise. He’s going to summon the puppets again, Midna guesses, to bother Link while he’s stuck.
A thought crosses her mind, and a wide grin spreads over her face. She taps the Skull Kid on the shoulder.
“Hey, hold on a second. I was thinking. You like messing with him, right? Well, I do, too. Let’s go put a smile on his face, eh?”
The Skull Kid looks at her, approval dancing in his glowing yellow eyes. “Heh. All right, why not? Let’s have a little fun.”
—————————
Link closes his eyes briefly, to calm his frustration. For the Princess, he reminds himself. For Ilia, and Ordon, and Hyrule. For Midna’s sake, too, he must persevere.
The vines in this forest, though – it’s not the peaceful Faron Woods he’s used to. It’s dark here, and he’s easily lost. He doesn’t like being dependent on the capricious little forest imp’s guidance, either – the creature unsettles Link, much as Midna does. With both of them, he feels they’re laughing up their sleeves at him, at some joke he doesn’t understand.
For the Princess. For Hyrule.
Link tugs hard on the vines, wishing again that there was light enough to see clearly, so that he could try to untangle himself. He yelps, startled, when a patch of slightly darker darkness appears to his left.
The tendrils of darkness wrap around his limbs, entwining with the vines that have already snared him. What…?? Panicking, he tries to reach for his sword, only to find that he no longer can move.
“Hey, relax.”
The voice is Midna’s – she’s in her shadow form, a dark shape in the darkness, just one glowing eye visible. Link doesn’t relax, in spite of her words, and in fact tugs harder, though uselessly.
“Midna, what are you doing? We don’t have time for this!”
“Heheheh! Such a stern face!” This voice is from just out of view, behind him. Link tries to twist around to see, but is held fast.
“The… Skull Kid? Why are you… what’s going on?”
“I said to relax, didn’t I?” Midna’s shadow hand is a warm pulse on his chin, bringing his face around to look at her. Or look into her one visible eye, anyway. “We’re just gonna try something new. You’ll have fun, too!”
“The trick with the puppets isn’t any fun anymore. Not when you just break them all and shoot me instead! So this is how you’ll get to the Sacred Grove from now on.”
“Oh come now, it’ll be good for you!” Midna says, cutting off anything Link was about to say. He imagines he can see a shadowy grin on the darkness of her face. “You need to lighten up, Mr. Hero.”
“There isn’t time for this. I can lighten up after w-we…” Link stops abruptly, eyes widening as he feels fingers gently playing with his knees. He jerks his legs as hard as he can, and laughter peels from two mischievous creatures he can’t see in the dark.
“Hee hee! So Mr. Hero has ticklish knees?”
“Lucky! No one could possibly get past the chainmail he’s wearing!”
“Well, that shouldn’t be a problem.”
Midna’s eye vanishes and the dark tendrils holding his limbs gain warmth – the way it feels when she grips him tight to pull him into the Twilight Realm. Then the feeling of – no, there’s no way she’d –
“Eheheh, look, he does know how to smile! It’s a good look for you!”
Link is trying to fight it, trying hard not to give the satisfaction to these two trickster creatures who have apparently decided to combat their boredom by, unbelievably, tickling him. He tries to fight it, but it’s hopeless. He’s giggling helplessly already and they’re only just teasing him.
“This was a good idea! Much more fun than letting him shoot me with arrows!”
“Hee hee, it’s too bad I have work for you to do! I’d be happy keeping you like this forever!”
The tendrils of Midna’s hair (apparently?) thread in to tease his ribs and belly and armpits, unhindered by his chainmail. The fingers on his knees alternate squeezing and flicking along the backs, teasing up his thighs to sneak under his tunic just enough to press into his hips. It’s maddening. Link thrashes wildly, laughter echoing in the grove and joining with the amused snickering of his tormentors, but the tickling continues with no mercy. Until –
The hands and tendrils cease at the same time, retreating and releasing their hold on him, leaving him to drop to the ground and hug himself as the giggles fade.
“All right, Mr. Hero. Like I said, we’re playing a new game. The rules are: you run. If you go the wrong way, or you’re taking too long, well…”
The fingers squeeze just above his knee again, making him shriek and kick out at empty air.
Link holds his hand out feebly. “B-but…”
“You better get moving! We’re gonna get ya!”
That’s all the motivation he needs. Hyrule, the Princess, even Ilia are forgotten in his scrabble to get to his feet and start hurrying in the first direction he can.
Midna and the Skull Kid make good on their threats – as he veers in the wrong direction, they attack him with wriggling fingers and tendrils of darkness that seem to sneak in between his very bones to tickle him from the inside. If he lingers too long in an area, they grab him up in vines and darkness to hold him in place for a minute or so, catching him to tickle him unimpeded while he howls laughter in the dark forest.
When he finally makes it to the Pedestal, though, into the light, Link has to admit – if only to himself, privately – the little game had made him feel lighter, less burdened and strained, than he’s felt since the day the monsters arrived in the Spirit’s Spring and darkness swallowed Hyrule. It was – fun.
Still, he’s never going to say so out loud, not to those two. He slaps his hand on the Pedestal a bit sacrilegiously, shouting “MADE IT!” before they can snag him again.
They both laugh, his trickstery tormentors, before fading away: Midna into his shadow, and the Skull Kid back into the shadows of the Grove.
