It wouldn't be the first time someone was sent to kill her.

Frankly, she's surprised it doesn't happen more often- with the number of atrocities she's committed, the bounty on her head must be enough to ensure that whoever might claim it could live comfortably for the rest of their life. She's never bothered to check, so it's not like she can confirm or deny it, but- I digress...

As the Brimstone Witch makes her way through a rather arid place, largely unpopulated (so no worry of collateral damage), her heightened senses catch on to the fact that she's being followed.

Her gait slows, then stops- and without knowing from where her assailant will approach, she simply speaks into the open air.

Zora did one thing, but to creak her head up to where she saw Naven off to the side. Her grin came up onto her face, and she made sure to drop her poncho, a loud clattering of various knives and trinkets of pain heard from it.

"Ah don' hurt kids now, ah ain't that kinda person. She's gonna be fine. Just giving 'er a welcome."

Ahhh, that wasn’t a response he was hoping for. Zora, Zora, Zora...when will you learn that not everyone is fit for your level of intensity? Especially with someone like Molly, who was simply a child with too much responsibility on a broken plate.

Oh, how he hates this part of this role.

Alright..y'got her tempted then. Dropping out of a nearby tree, another zora drops. Covered by what appears to be a bladed hat, and her poncho, the sun risen and only showing her silhouette. Her voice is stern, cocky.

“Yer hat is weak. Fix it.”

“...!”

“Aw, s’just yew, Daisy!” She says after a moment. Hm! Yeah, she figured it was just another one of her own faces. Aurora gives off a little chuckle before--

“No.”

BANG!

“Yeah, and it better STAY that way this time, Salazar.”

"You do realize I'm not actually here, right?"

Wake up. Yer trapped in yer head again.

Naven. NAVEN.

He must have looked so strange, staring at seemingly nothing for... minutes? Hours?

Wake up.

It was like...being submerged. Looking down at this night again and everything else just seemed so far, far away, the sights and sounds of mechanized death once again cornering his past self--recoiling against nausea and pain, begging, PLEADING with who he once thought as a FRIEND to cease this unspeakable madness.

Yer trapped in yer head again.

That was a strange...thought there. Yes, he was quite aware. This was hardly the first time this had happened. It was useless, though. Once he started thinking about it, it had to play out until it was over.

Who was that, though? The accent was so distinct, he swears he's heard it before...

Sunny has a grin almost slammed onto her face from her previous bored stature, having been able to now speak with one of her greater pals in this chaotic world! ..With two little extra tarts it seems. Wonder who those could be~. “Howdy there, ‘Rora! Didn’t expect cha ‘ta be ‘round ‘ere, figured y’got everythin’ y’needed from your bliss?”

She takes off her hat, petting the little rabbit that pops out as she gestures to the two behind her. “Who’re they though? New faces are great, but nothin’ strange ‘bout ‘em?”

“Aw, c’mon, Sunny, yew ain’t th’ only one who likes t’ roam th’ belly o’ th’ criminal underworld! Ah’ like t’ do a lil’ window shoppin’ now an’ again.” Heaven and Hell knows that she has PLENTY of cash to spare from being the world’s greatest bounty hunter, after all. Never really MEANT much to her, but it IS nice to buy yourself some nice things now and then!

And BOY. Did Sunny have some NICE things, indeed. Aurora gives a looooong whistle, quite impressed with the sheer QUANTITY of weaponry that Sunny has amassed. She knew that she was a weapon nut but DAMN! This is downright amazing. “Gotta say, gal! Ah’ do NAWT think Ah’ve ever seen this much deadly shit in one place in mah whole life! An’ that’s sayin’ somethin’!”

“...I must say, this selection is quite varied. I hardly know where to begin.”

“Uh--hm--a-are you sure we should, uh...is it really okay to be here, Sensei?”

“Yeah, yeah, ‘course. Yew don’t gotta worry ‘bout these two, Daisy--they’re with me an’ Bliss. Well, Spades’s here is! Numbers is too but we ran intew her a lil’ further back.”

“...It’s Raychel. What is it with you and your knack for never calling anyone by their proper name?”

“Uh...if you say so, Sensei. Um, hello, Miss Sunny. My name is Ace...”

“There! We got all the pleasantries taken care of, yeah? Let’s see whatchu got fer us! Yew know mah thang--show me th’ guns, Sun.”

"YUP! Bet Ah' can yell louder than yew can, Sunny!"

And she goes right back to screeching at the top of her lungs--
