(✚) 계속해서 … YYOOA!
Parted lips and doe-like eyes are wide with a flicker of confusion; it is merely a momentary lapse in judgement, but this frazzled state of mind is her first reaction to Jiho’s admittance. Quickly this befuddlement wanes and is replaced with the usual unnie role. “ What do you mean you beat him up! Yah– ” Voice raised, though still soft, reveals her incredulity at such a disclosure. How – no that’s the wrong question to ask – why had she beaten someone up.
Brows furrowing, Yooa attempts to make sense of this all. Jiho was an energetic little ( well, in terms of age anyway ) thing who spread mirth and merriment. Even Hyojung had , on occasion , brought attention to Jiho’s nurturing nature and it was rare to see her in any other state rather happiness. Maybe this was all a misunderstanding – or better yet a joke! Still, she is unsure of how to proceed and with plush lips pursed she decided it’s best to just pursue.
Affectionate actions overtake the illusion of disapproval ; though she tuts it’s clear that there is no significance, no real indication of her true emotions. Fingers outstretched, she reaches out to pat the taller’s head as her own skull tilts in questioning. “ Are you talking about a game? Or is this a terrible joke of yours, Jiho-yah! ”
Yooa is sure it’s nothing to worry about – this is her Kim Jiho after all, the queen of teasing. “You really confused unnie for a second there, I thought you were serious!” There’s a slight tinge of shrillness that, paired with her blooming smile, confesses earlier’s inner chaos. It’s merely a jest misunderstood, or so she blindly believes.
Crazy as it sounds, she expected her comment to be taken as a shock. Did Jiho ever beat someone up...or at least looked the part? Not at all. So, the older was bewildered by it, which amused her so much. She thought she could continue to play along a little bit more. “What if I did? He probably deserved it.” A prideful grimace was painted across her face, with an index tapping against her chin.
A look of disbelief and confusion still had her antics in question by the older female. Jiho, with folded arms, continued to showcase no remorse, even if it didn’t exactly happen. On the other hand, she didn’t exactly like to lie. Yet, she had to cover up the fact that perhaps, there was some truth to it. Minus the beating up part. “This isn’t a joke, silly. Or maybe I beat someone in a game. That could be it.” She improvised to the story, as her tone slightly dropped at the thought.
She held her act together for a bit more. Of course, her conscience was telling her she ran out of ideas, thus breaking out of her character bubble seemed to near. And sooner it did. “Okay, I didn’t exactly beat someone up, unnie. Oh unnie.” Patting Yooa’s cheeks lightly, she ends up finding humor to all of this before she could really explain. “I told you that because I wanted to see your reaction. And I could work on my acting more!”
