âYou always tell yourself that it all will end in success. That you wonât fail the girl whoâs given half of her soul with you because she kept you from death. But youâre then always wondering what happens in the end~ If youâre so curious about that last page, why do this at all then? Granted that something bad would happen to you and Lu, but what the hell? Either way, youâll die like a useless puppet thatâs no longer been needed~â Â
Showing a rather deadly smile, the mysterious figure walked closer to his loyal self and into the light. âUnless you actually like playing out-of-normality-life with LuâŚ?~â
A familiar sound--or to be far more specfic--a recognisable voice danced into the ears of the Royal Guard, whom was just gazing deep into the dying radiance of the sun; quite glad to be distracted and free from his duties on which he performs as a butler.Â
- - And he plays that role pretty damn well.Â
Although...the voice stated otherwise to his abilities on the role, to the Guardâs annoyance.Â
➠⌠⿠â Firstly, How...dare you assume that I will die in the first place--let alone as a doll restricted by strings, â He began, ice biting in his tone.
â But youâre not wrong on my curiousity about the future, and how weâll encounter our inevitable demise; though nowadays Iâm far too preoccupied to dwell on such notions. As for success...seeing Lu alive and well on my behalf will always make everything seem like a victory. â
Ciel glanced over his shoulder to glimpse the source of the voiceâs appearance as they stepped out from the darkness and onto the open; their features now also engulfed by the red glow of the sunset.
He actually wasnât expecting the sight that was behind him.
â Ah. Ohhrmmmm??? â Stifled noises were made instead of finishing his speech/response.
Royal Guard kept his composure, but as of now he didnât seem to be taking this seriously than before. Since he knew who he was conversing with.
