like wow you can tell flux and thomas really are just best friends™️, and that stream highlighted everything i love about their dynamic. they just get each other—they are mischievous (read: evil), they are silly, they love teasing each other, they love being a little mean-spirited. and there’s no one in the world they can quite do all that with except each other. the weird (i say this so lovingly) facets of their personalities just fit together so well 😭
and as gamers/problem solvers they are amazing together. they just communicate so naturally and know what the other is thinking almost instantly when it comes to puzzles and games (it helps that they are both smart cookies! which is something i think flux really enjoys abt thomas despite pretending not to).
i’ve always loved their friendship but that stream truly reinforced why. like i get it. i get why thomas was flux’s right hand man in 2.5, i get why dad!thomas followed mr. flux around, i get why they love to play brothers (von krugers) so often, and i get why flux genuinely likes playing risk with thomas and only thomas (but only if everyone else isn’t completely clueless).
like flux and thomas are individually my two favorite streamers, but together i love them even more. silly evil streamers 🙂↕️
