I am so glad that it's been over 20 years on this day back in 2006 since we were introduced with the Jack and the Pack episodes which were featured on the DVD, On Site With Thomas And Other Adventures. And it was also the first time we got to see The Sodor Construction Company crew since the 2 episodes from Series 6 (which were the pilot episodes for JATP), Jack Jumps In and A Friend in Need and we got to see new members introduced like Nelson, Monty (Max's Twin), Patrick had appeared in one episode unfortunately, and Buster (who's a nicer steamroller version of George). Now, to cut the long story short about the production history, it's amazing how Phil Fehrle went to many different construction sites to research the character dynamics of the machine operators and greatly devised Max & Monty as the heavies of The Pack, based on how truck drivers can be careless in real life.
