Fairfax High School holds its "Grad Nite" at Disneyland. It was fun. I graduated in 2012. Anyway, when we got there for Grad Nite, I bought a turkey leg just before lining up for the Indiana Jones ride. My friends and I weren't surprised that not a lot of people lined up for the ride. Indiana Jones isn't really one of the more exciting attractions there, so yeah. Most of the kids were in line for Space Mountain or California Screamin'. So we got on the ride and all that, hop off, then made our way around the park. The school also gave us "park-hoppers," so we were able to go back and forth between the main park and California Adventure. All throughout our time, we were trying to decide whether or not we should ride all the rides until we have to go home, or participate in the festivities that happens after the park is closed to the public. It remained open for the seniors that just graduated. We decided to join in on the shit. They had a DJ on main street, and all kids from different high schools danced around and with one another. This girl started grinding on me. I wasn't feeling it. Something felt off. All of my friends we're cheering me on and teasing me. "Jose, c'mon dude. Hold her. Don't be a bitch," my friend Martin yelled from a distance. But I really wasn't feeling it. I didn't know why. She was cute, and she danced well. Then I remembered. I left my turkey leg on the Indiana Jones ride. For jokes, I put it in the net where they ask you to put your valuables, but I guess I forgot about it. That's why I felt off. Poor girl.
